On Monday, the Interactive Advertising Bureau announced the formation of the IAB Multicultural Council. The IAB, an industry nonprofit whose members control roughly 86% of internet advertising, states that the Council was formed to “focus on key issues that impact marketing and advertising within the multicultural marketplace.”
